Trustees Meeting

Present:  Eric L. Bergman, Ed Facciani, David Kimble, Jerry McGreevy, Jim Reese, Don Sanderson.

Absent:  Paul Coviello, Bill Harris

Meeting began at 6:30PM

Purpose of the brief meeting was to discuss the costs (copy on file) for the Anglican Use Conference; to set the fees; authorize use of funds.  It was approved that for Clergy wanting to attend, but can not for lack of funds, will be provided a Grant from the Evangelism Fund, housing for the clergy will be provided by STMS members

Meeting closed at 6:45PM.
