Eleven o’clock
 

Present:  Eric L. Bergman, Ed Facciani, Jerry McGreevy and Don Sanderson.

Absent:  Paul Coviello, Bill Harris, and Jim Reese

Guest:   Bernice Facciani and Judy Sanderson, Ed Jordan

Meeting began with Prayer at 11:15 AM

Minutes from meeting of August 20, 2006 were accepted.

Financial reports for August was accepted

Director’s Trip with Jerry to Texas:

Fr. Eric discussed his trip to Houston, Corpus Christi and San Antonio TX.

Five of the Six Anglican Use leaders were present.

Anglican Use Society – an association of the faithful. A letter is being drafted to

Archbishop Myers requesting a meeting to present proposal for supporting the Pastoral Provision Office; assist clergy and congregation during the process. This will include contributions to AUS to have an administrator handle all aspects of the AUS and to that end, raise contributions to support the same. The board authorized a grant of $ 6,000 from the Tithe - Outreach Fund.  Only $ 2,000 was authorized to be sent when balances permitted.

Fr. Phillips will provide the documentation associated with erecting an AU Personal Parish.

Administrative matters

Paul Coviello has resigned from the board.  Ed Jordan was appointed to fill the vacancy.

Pastoral concerns

We will be observing a holy day of obligation on Tuesday, October 31, 2006 (All Saints Day – Nov 1^st.) at 5:00 PM.  This is also the first anniversary of our confirmation.  We will have a party following the Mass.

Next meeting will be on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 11:00AM
