July 9, 2006
Eleven o’clock
 

Present:  Eric L. Bergman, Ed Facciani, Jerry McGreevy and Don Sanderson.

Absent:  Paul Coviello, Bill Harris, and Jim Reese

Guest:   Bernice Facciani and Judy Sanderson

Meeting began with Prayer at 11:05 AM

Minutes from meeting of June 11, 2006 were corrected and then accepted.

Financial reports for June was accepted

Anglican Use Conference 2006:

Fr. Eric discussed his trip to TX.  Fr. Stetson and Taylor Marshall will join Fr. Eric for the second half of the trip. Jerry McGreevy considering taking the trip. Board authorized increasing grant to cover 21 free attendees. $ 1.680.00.

Associate membership in the Society :  will send a packet to include the Missalette, STMS Brochure, and a public statement from Fr. Stetson regarding the process.  We will consider having a group come to Scranton and STMS group would share the story of our process… etc.

Pastoral Concerns:

Patron for our Parish – what shall we be called. Fr. Eric would like members to make suggestions.

Certification in Health Care Ethics for Dioceses -  Fr. Eric will be in Boston August 10^th  returning in time for church on Sunday , August 13^th.

Joanne’s survey: Joanne was not present, so we will get an update at a later date.

Picnic committee meeting will be held on Tuesday night (July 11^th), following the Prayer time at 7:30 PM.

Next meeting is set for Sunday, August 13 – after the Mass.

Meeting closed in Prayer at 12 Noon..
