Eleven o’clock

Present:  Eric L. Bergman, Ed Facciani, Jerry McGreevy, Ed Jordan, and Don Sanderson., Jim Reese

Absent Bill Harris

Guest:   Bernice Facciani and Judy Sanderson

Meeting began with Prayer at 11:16 AM

Minutes from meeting of Nov 10, 2006 were accepted with corrections.

Financial report for November  was accepted. Fr. Eric advised that Fr. Phillips had released their grant from being restricted (Building a Church) to non-restricted.

Director’s Trips:

A   Meeting with Arch Bishop Myers took place on Wed, Nov 29^th.

B.  Board approved the speaking engagements in California during the week of May 19,

     2007.  California group,  will pay all travel costs and provide a fee for each speaking

     engagement.

C.  Retreat in Hancock NY on Nov 21^st. was well received. Fr. Scott’s group gave a grant to

     STMS.

D.  The meeting in Northern Virginia to explore the Anglican Use has been rescheduled to

      Dec 11th.. A grant of $ 500 from a person in France will be received.

E.  Fr. Eric also spoke at the Villa and before the St. Raphael’s Prayer Group

Administrative Matters:

A.      The Third Quarter special collection letter that was sent out has generated some special grants.

B.      Pilgrimage to Walsingham and Rome – Per Fr. Eric, the trip is being rescheduled to only go to Rome, details to be provided by Taylor Marshall.

C.      A budget for 2007 will be prepared using several assumptions. 1^st qtr at St Clare’s; 2^nd Qtr in our own church.  A pledge campaign will be done, once we know more details.

D.     Church – Paul Coviello has expressed an interest in assisting STMS acquire a church. Fr. Eric will follow up with Paul. 

Pastoral concerns:

A.      Round Robin dinner is scheduled to Saturday, Jan 6^th – Epiphany.  Becky Huffman and Fr. Eric are the co chairs for the event.

B.      Mass will be held on Saturday, December 23rd at 7:00 PM ( This is in place of the Sunday December 24^th at 1:00).  Christmas Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, December 24^th at 7:00 PM.

C.      Jane Bergman will coordinate CHRISTmas Caroling at Mercy Hospital for Saturday, Dec 23^rd at 4:00 PM

D.     Fr. Eric article for CMQ (Catholic Men’s Quarterly) has been delayed until next spring..

Next Meeting of Board will be on Sunday, January 14th at 11:00 AM.  The pot luck for January will be held on Sunday, January 21^st.
